Custom Corrugated Knives and Heads for CNC Routers

Template Services, Inc. is excited to offer this new innovative system for CNC routers. It is designed for routers capable of accepting a 3/4" shaft. This system is great for small to medium batch runs with HSS and can tackle longer batches with Carbide. We can grind the knives for you here at Template Services or you can make them yourself on any profile grinder. Without a doubt this has to be the most cost effective way to do small batch and sample pieces.
